Description
If you have had one or more toxic conversations this summer, you are not alone. Stress makes the nicest people say the meanest things. It's not only affecting our visitors frustrated with the park reservation system, it's our own people too.
This course talks about how to handle difficult conversations and turn conflict into opportunities. You will walk away with three practical ways to de-escalate a toxic conversation and choose the impression you want to leave behind.
