2021 Board Strategic Planning Retreat

Description

The Chamber Board is planning an offsite strategic planning session November 16-17 at Fall River Lodge. The outcome will be a five year plan that we will revisit in three years to reflect the duration of the average board term. There will be no online component to this retreat because the nature of a facilitated session requires the presence of all Board members. It's essential for the formation of this team to have every board member present to build a stable future for the Estes Chamber. Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day. We will not be recording this session, but we will provide a copy of the strategic plan for all members to review.
