2021 Sidewalk Sale

Sidewalk Sale Guidelines

• Hours of operation shall be from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• The Sale Weekend is available to all Estes Park businesses.
• The Sale Weekend will be held rain or shine.
• Businesses will be allowed to sell merchandise in front of their stores only during the hours specified above.
• Sidewalk displays, including signage, shall provide a minimum clearance of four feet for pedestrian walkways and handicapped accessibility. Displays and/or merchandise will not be allowed in any street.
• Sandwich board signs and other temporary signage are allowed.
• Those merchants without sidewalk frontage may contact the Events Division to reserve a space in Bond Park (10x10 space only).
• Advertising posters will be provided.
• Each participating business must possess a current Town Business license.
• COVID - any health and safety guidelines in place at the time will be adhered to (masks, social distancing). 
• Food and drink is not part of the Sidewalk Sale, only store goods (including packaged foods), but you can't hand out ready-to-eat food and drink on the sidewalk.
