Colorado Duet at Seasoned Bistro is a six-course tasting dinner with wine pairings. Chef Rob Corey is well known for his dedication to food grown and raised locally. He is bringing his culinary skills to the table with a menu featuring dishes that highlight the best of Colorado cuisine. Each course will be carefully paired with a Colorado grown wine from Snowy Peaks Winery. Chef Rob and Winemaker Erik Mohr will be on hand to talk about their craft and explain how the pairings came together.
